Standard Internet Rate Bookings
If you have given or entered credit card details to confirm your reservation, you have acknowledged reading our Cancellation Policy and your credit card will be charged according to the terms stated. If you have booked a regular internet rate your credit card will be charged immediately with one night’s deposit.
In the event of a cancellation, 24 hours prior to arrival (midday) or no show the first night's accommodation charge taken, as a deposit is non refundable.
Short Breaks and Special Offer Bookings

Full pre-payment is required with a valid credit/debit card at time of booking, once booked all short breaks & special offers bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

On arrival, to protect our customers from card fraud, guests will be required to produce the same credit card which payment was made and ID to validate card prepayment.

Bookings are strictly subject to promotional room availability.

Offer based on maximum occupancy per room or apartment, single & reduced occupancy supplements apply.

Children under the age of 12 eat and stay free when accompanied by 2 paying adults sharing their room. Maximum 2 children per room.

In the event of cancellation whatsoever, the total paid prior to arrival is non refundable and the booking is non changeable.

All packages including event tickets must be booked at least 7 days prior to arrival.

For packages that have meals included: 3 course meal from a selected menu, otherwise a £15.00 allowance towards A la Carte or bar menu where available.

Selected Special Offers and Short Breaks are not available over the Christmas or New Year period.
Wedding & Functions
Bookings will only be confirmed when the booking form is completed, signed and the deposit of £300 is received by the hotel within 14 days of the provisional booking Failing this, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the wedding without notification to the client.
Monies prepaid are non refundable in the event of cancellation. In addition to this should you cancel your function within 6 months of the event date a 50% cancellation charge of the total booking value including accommodation will be incurred. Credit card details provided at time of booking will be processed with the cancellation charge.
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you do not receive confirmation of cancellation within 7 days of cancelling please contact the hotel.
50% prepayment of the wedding bill will be invoiced to you 8 weeks prior to your wedding and we require this to be settled 6 weeks before your wedding date. The remaining balance of the wedding cost must be settled in full 14 days prior to the wedding date (once final numbers have been advised).
We strongly advise you to take out your own wedding and travel insurance to cover against the eventuality of cancellation.
Package prices shown are valid for a 3 month period from the date of issue. If your wedding reception is taking place more than 3 months after your reservation please note the prices may change due to fluctuations in the price of food supplies. The final price will be confirmed 3 months prior to your reception date. In the unlikely event that a final price difference is unacceptable we will offer you the opportunity to revise your menu in line with your budget.
Due to high demand for Friday and Saturday weddings, an evening buffet must be catered for. The evening buffet must cater for a minimum 50% for your total evening guests.
Only food & beverage purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
The client is financially responsible to the McKever Rosslea Hall Hotel for any damages caused by the client or his/her guests or suppliers.
We welcome children to our hotels, due to strict health and safety requirements can you please ensure all children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Dishes on your menu are principally prepared using fresh ingredients. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen shortage of ingredients at the time of your wedding, we reserve the right to substitute. We would of course contact you to discuss any required change of menu.
We are happy to assist with information on other suppliers i.e. florists, photographer etc. Please note that your contract for goods or services from an outside supplier is directly with that supplier. While every care is taken in recommending reliable outside suppliers, we cannot take responsibility for any lack of service on their part.
CITY APARTMENTS Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You must enter your credit card details on a secure server to secure your booking.
To secure your reservation a non refundable deposit £50.00 per apartment will be debited from your card on booking.
The remaining balance will be debited from your card 14 days prior to arrival.
Stag and hen parties/group by prior arrangement only. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum room occupancy. A security bond or credit card pre authoristation may be required on arrival.
Credit cards will also be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur.
In the event of a cancellation, the £50.00 charge taken as a deposit is non refundable. Furthermore In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, where the full balance has been paid , we reserve the right to charge full pre-payment
21 Day Advance Rate Saver
Full credit card prepayment is required on booking. In the event of cancellation whatsoever, the total paid at booking is non-refundable and the reservation is non-changeable.
Short Breaks and Special Offers

1. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
1.1 The Customer may check in at any time from 2 pm to 9 pm on the day of arrival.
1.2 The Customer must check out on the day of departure between 7 am and 11 am.
1.3 The Customer may request in advance earlier check in or check out times which City Apartments will endeavour to comply with subject to availability
1.4 The balance will be due on arrival
2. FACILITIES AND SERVICES
2.1 The Serviced Apartment which is subject to the Reservation will be allocated by City Apartments on arrival.
2.2 On making the Reservation the Customer reserves the Serviced Apartment for their exclusive use for the period from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure and the Price covers all the costs of heating and lighting of the Serviced Apartment for this period of occupation.
2.3. The serviced apartment must not be used as a venue for a party or as a base to conduct a business
2.3 The allocated Serviced Apartment shall be in good condition.
2.4 City Apartments will provide the Customer with a set of keys on arrival at the Serviced Apartment and the Customer is under an obligation to return these keys to City Apartments Glasgow on departure. Failure to return the keys will result in a charge of £30.00
2.5 All Serviced Apartments are strictly non smoking. In the event that the Customer smokes in the Serviced Apartment in breach of this condition they will be liable to City Apartments for a £100 deep cleaning charge.
3. OCCUPANTS
3.1 Only those people who have been notified to City Apartments in advance may occupy the Serviced Apartment.
3.2 The names and addresses of all occupiers must be provided to City Apartments before the keys are handed over to the Customer.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse admission of any guests’ of residents of the City Apartments
3.4 City Apartments will allow the occupier to a maximum of 4 guests to the apartment but they must leave by a reasonable hour. City Apartments feel 12midnight is a reasonable hour.
3.5 Any persons who are not on the guest register will be asked to leave the serviced apartment
3.6. All occupiers and guests of occupiers must keep noise to a minimum and respect the needs of other apartment guests
3.7 The occupier will take full responsibility for the behavior of themselves and their guests whilst staying at City Apartments
3.8 The Customer shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Premises, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures.
3.9a Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
3.9b No pets or animals, of any kind, are allowed in the Serviced Apartment at any time, with the exception of guide dogs.
4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
4.1 City Apartments reserves the right to refuse a Customer entry and accommodation if on arrival, management reasonably considers that the Customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is behaving in an unacceptable manner or if they feel that the customer is intending on using the apartment for a reason other than for self catering accommodation
4.2 City Apartments reserves the right to require a Customer to leave the Premises if he/she or their guests are causing a disturbance or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
4.3 City Apartments reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Premises if any of the conditions set out in Condition 9 above are not complied with
5. CUSTOMER'S LIABILITY
5.1 City Apartments will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Customer's goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the Serviced Apartment and its contents.
5.3 The Customer must leave the Serviced Apartment and all its contents clean and tidy at the end of the stay and return it in the same state that it was in on arrival
5.4 The Customer will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury he/she may cause at the Premises.
5.5 If any items are missing or damaged, City Apartments will charge the Customer for the reasonable costs of replacing or repairing the missing or damaged items on departure.
5.6 In the event that the apartment has been left in an unfit state, the customer will be liable to City Apartments for a £100.00 cleaning charge to cover additional housekeeping hours
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 The Price shall be the Rate quoted at the time of booking for each Serviced Apartment multiplied by the number of nights confirmed in the Reservation plus VAT at the applicable rate.
6.2 All Rates shown are per night and may be amended from time to time.
6.3 The Customer shall pay the full Price on arrival, with charges incurred for any Ancillary Services used on the date of departure.
6.4 VAT shall be charged on any Ancillary Services at the appropriate rate.
6.5 The Customer must provide to City Apartments a valid credit card or debit card number to secure the Reservation or to cover any additional costs, even in the case where a company account has been set up prior to the Reservation.
6.6 By submitting a credit or debit card number, the Customer: (a) represents and warrants that its use of the particular card is authorised and that all information that it submits is true and accurate; and (b) authorises City Apartments to charge to the card tendered all amounts payable (including charges for 2.4, 2.5, 5.5 and 5.6 within these T&C’s) by the Customer to City Apartments. City Apartments Glasgow regrets that it cannot accept payment by cheques or cash for any bookings.
