Your wedding day is one of the most important events of your life; a beautiful day to cherish with family and friends, that’s why it is important to choose a venue that can offer you a professional service and carry out your instructions to the letter.
Here at the Cairn Hotel we place great importance on each individual wedding. This gives us the flexibility to work with you to ensure that your wedding day is just how you dreamed it would be. One of our experienced management team will deal with your initial enquiry and all your questions right through to your final details and the running of the big day itself. Set within landscaped gardens, the lawns make a pleasant setting for your wedding photographs and our spiral staircase is another feature which will set off your wedding album.
There’s a red carpet welcome and you can then enjoy reception drinks in one of our spacious lounges or out on the lawns. Our Simpson Suite is the ideal choice for weddings of up to 160 guests. For smaller more intimate weddings we have the Cairngorm Suite seating up to 30 guests comfortably. The hotel comprises 61 en-suite bedrooms which will be offered to your wedding guests at a discounted rate. This preferential rate is in addition to our complimentary room for the bride and groom.
The hotel offers a wide variety of wedding packages from buffets to fine dining, canapes and drinks packages. We can also offer personal touches such as organising table linen, chair covers and sashes to compliment your wedding colours.

A minimum number of 70 guests is expected on a Friday and Saturday between the months of April and October inclusive, however we are more flexible on other days of the week. A non refunable deposit of £350.00 is required to secure your date and then the balance paid in full one month prior to your wedding date.
